Establish a central data repository for the Vermont Care Network (VCN) to provide secure mechanisms for VCN Designated Agencies (DA) and Specialized Service Agencies (SSA) to (1) submit patient and services data and (2) gains access to user friendly dashboards to monitor their activities and performances.
